ONLINE DOCTORS' APPOINTMENTS and REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

You are now able to book and cancel your appointment with the doctor online, and request repeat prescriptions online, using the surgery EMIS online system.

Please note: Before you are able to use this service you must first have access to your personal registration information.

OBTAINING YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION

If you are interested in registering for this service please complete our Emis Access form which you can download here and return it to the surgery.  You will receive your registration details then follow the simple instructions below.

FIRST TIME USE OF EMIS ONLINE

1. Click on https://www.emisaccess.co.uk/signup/signup_a.aspx and follow the log-on instructions
    
2. You will be asked to create an account
    
3. You will be prompted for your personal login details, which will be on your registration letter, previously obtained from the surgery
    
4. You can then register and use our online services

PLEASE NOTE: If you need to be seen on the same day, please telephone the surgery on 01275 332420. EMIS access should only be used to book routine/advanced appointments.

Appointments requiring procedures i.e Smear / Minor Surgery may require a longer appointment. Please contact the receptionists for guidance.
