A diabetes clinic is run by the Practice Nursing Team at the Surgery. 

Everyone with diabetes should be regularly reviewed. At this clinic patients are seen by a nurse. To maximise efficiency we request all patients to arrange to have blood tests taken by the nurse two weeks prior to the appointments so that these are available.
