Health Promotion Clinics

The Practice runs regular Health Promotion Clinics normally on a Wednesday or Thursday. Patients who need regular monitoring and support may be requested to make an appointment at a Health Promotion Clinic run by either a Doctor or Practice Nurse.

The clinics' aims are to educate patients about their condition and help with planned future care.
